ENKÖPING, Sweden – Rising sophomore Nicole Hall (Stockholm, Sweden) has been selected to participate in Team Sweden’s 2026 Olympic Training Camp on July 21-30 as announced by manager Ulf Lundberg last week.
Lundberg announced the names of 16 forwards, eight defensemen and three goaltenders who are invited to the 10-day camp at the end of July in the hopes of making the final roster to compete for Team Sweden in Milan, Italy in February. Hall is one of seven collegiate skaters of the 27 players invited to camp.
“We are happy Nicole is getting a chance to showcase her game at Team Sweden’s training camp. After transitioning to a new county, new team, Nicole improved every day this season,” commented head coach Jeff Kampersal. “At Penn State, she brings leadership, grit, good habits, the ability to pull pucks of the wall, and a heavy shot. Her habits and work ethic will push the pace at Sweden’s camp.”
Hall skated in all 38 games during her rookie campaign in Hockey Valley registering 11 points on seven goals and four assists.
