ESPN’s College GameDay Returns to Happy Valley for Penn State-Oregon Showdown

Show will air from Old Main at 9 a.m. ET on Saturday

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – ESPN’s College GameDay will return to University Park for the 12th time in its storied history on Saturday, September 27, ahead of the highly anticipated White Out matchup between the No. 2/2 Nittany Lions and the No. 6/5 Oregon Ducks. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. ET on NBC.

The iconic college football pregame show will air live from 9 a.m. to noon on Old Main lawn. This marks the 26th time College GameDay has been hosted at the site of a Penn State game, including two unofficial appearances.

This year’s visit to Happy Valley marks the second consecutive season the show has featured Penn State at home. Last season, College GameDay broadcasted live from outside West Shore Home at Beaver Stadium on Nov. 2 for the Penn State-Ohio State matchup.

Rece Davis is at the helm for his 11th season, joined at the desk by GameDay analysts Kirk Herbstreit, Desmond Howard, Pat McAfee and Nick Saban.
