Q: Coach said that he didn’t expect to have you until week four. You made some strides, obviously, coming back. What have you done to get back out there and be able to have the first two games you’ve had with that being a possibility?
A: Yeah, I mean, rehabbing what I had going on, just taking it seriously. Everything. Everyday going in there, talking to the doctors, talking to the people in our building. For me, they do a great job in there taking care of all of us. So, just attacking it every single day and taking it really seriously.
Q: What do you think you can add to this offense?
A: Just whatever the offense needs me to be, just being the best version of me. Whatever they are asking of me, just making sure I do it to the best of my ability. Whether it is blocking, catching, whatever.
Q: Rank the touchdown catch for us, out of all the catches in your career
A: I mean, it was a special catch. It was my first touchdown here, so it was a special moment. It is definitely up there.
Q: What’s your relationship like with the other receivers and how has that relationship grown since you’ve got here?
A: Yeah, we have a great relationship, every receiver in the room. We all want each other to succeed. We all love each other. We’re just hanging out off the field, you know, just giving each other feedback, picking each other up when something may be going wrong. We all love each other in that room, for sure.

Q: You had your third career blocked punt, what did you see on that play?
A: We were talking about it all week, you’ve got to have the mindset of “you’re going to come free” and “you never know who will come free” and be able to come off the edge. Getting free is huge.
Q: This is the second game in a row where you guys have had a lot of forced turnovers and interceptions like that, how do you think this defense is playing through two games this season?
A: There’s always room for improvement and being able to get better and perfect our skill and craft. We’re doing a great job with making checks and making sure everyone’s on the same page. We just have to take that next step.
Q: Coach Franklin said he wants you guys to be more explosive. A lot of that might be due to some of the rotations that’re happening, but what do you think you guys can do better in the lead up to Villanova and of course, Oregon later?
A: Just perfect our craft. Learn from our mistakes this week and last week as well. Still just being able to get better ourselves. Even during our practice, saying “Hey, we’ve got to take our practice to a different level.”
