UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – Penn State Women’s Gymnastics has officially announced its 2026 competition schedule, featuring five home meets inside Rec Hall along with a competitive slate of Big Ten and non-conference matchups.
The Nittany Lions will open the season on Jan. 11, hosting Yale at 2 p.m. in Rec Hall, which will be part of a double dual with the men's team, as they face Army. Conference action begins the following week when Penn State travels to Illinois on Jan. 16 at 8 p.m. before returning home to face Maryland on Jan. 25 at 2 p.m.
February brings both Big Ten and nationally ranked competition, highlighted by a road trip to LSU on Feb. 6 at 7:30 p.m. The Lions then return home for back-to-back meets against Michigan State (Feb. 8, 2 p.m.) and Minnesota (Feb. 14 at 2 p.m.) before traveling to Iowa on Feb. 21 (6 p.m.), a meet that will air live on BTN.
Penn State closes its home schedule on Feb. 28, hosting Michigan, Nebraska and Washington beginning at 6 p.m. on BTN. That will be followed by a quad meet at Ohio State with NC State and EMU on March 8 at 2 p.m. The Lions then wrap regular season action at North Carolina for a tri-meet with the Tar Heels and Cornhuskers on March 13 at 6:45 p.m.
The postseason begins March 19–21 with the Big Ten Championships, which will also be broadcast on BTN. Championship location and session assignments will be announced at a later date.
