UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - The Penn State men’s tennis team has released its spring 2026 schedule, highlighted by 17 home matches in Happy Valley.
The 28-match spring schedule is comprised of 13 Big Ten dual matches and 15 non-conference matches.
The Nittany Lions start their season at home on Saturday, January 17, when Penn State hosts Cleveland State and Fordham.
On Saturday, January 24, the team faces Temple and St. Francis at home. The next week, on January 31, the team remains in Happy Valley to face St. Joe’s and Mount St. Mary’s.
The team will then travel to Liberty to play against William & Mary on Saturday, February 7, and Liberty on Sunday, February 8.
Back at home, the team will play Georgetown and Mercyhurst on Saturday, February 14.
On Sunday, February 21, the team travels to Princeton to go head-to-head with the Tigers. On Friday, February 27, the Nittany Lions will play Fairfield at Yale and play against Yale the next day.
After a weekend off, the team will return on March 7 for a set of home matches. These two include the Big Ten opener vs. Ohio State and a non-conference showdown with Lehigh.
Wednesday, March 11, includes a home match against Dayton, and Friday, March 13, holds another home match against Michigan State. On March 15, the team hosts Michigan.
The team travels to Purdue on March 20 and to Indiana on March 22. Penn State then returns home to play Northwestern on March 27 and Illinois on March 29.
The team heads to the West Coast to challenge USC on April 3 and UCLA on April 4.
Penn State then hosts Washington on April 10 and Oregon on April 12.
The team finishes matchplay the following weekend, traveling to compete against Nebraska on Friday, April 17, and Wisconsin on Sunday, April 19.
The Big Ten Tournament is set to start on Thursday, April 23, and conclude on Sunday, April 26, in Ojai, California, at Libbey Park.
