UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – Redshirt junior offensive lineman Olaivavega Ioane was tabbed second-team All-America by the Walter Camp Football Foundation on Friday.
Ioane is the 158th Nittany Lion (192nd selection) to be named an All-American by an NCAA-recognized outlet (AFCA, Associated Press, FWAA, The Sporting News, Walter Camp Football Foundation).
Penn State has had an All-American in 53 of the last 59 years. The Nittany Lions have an All-American selection in each of the last five seasons.

- Named first-team All-American by CBS Sports and On3 and second-team by The Athletic and Sports Illustrated.
- Earned first-team All-Big Ten honors by the media and second-team by the coaches.

- Selected All-Big Ten second team in 2024 and honorable mention in 2023.
- Has played in 44 games and made 32 starts at Penn State.
- According to PFF, has allowed zero sacks and three pressures in 310 pass blocking snaps in 2025.
- Owns an 89.8 pass blocking grade from PFF, the third-best among the Power 4 guards.
- Helped Kaytron Allen to rank sixth in the country in rushing yards (1,303), seventh rushing yards per game (108.6) and rushing touchdowns (15) and 19th in yards per carry (6.2).
- Aided Allen (15) and Nicholas Singleton (13) to be the only FBS running back duo with 13+ rushing touchdowns this season and the first Big Ten teammates with 13+ rushing touchdowns in a season since Ohio State in 2012.
- Helped Allen to lead the FBS in yards per carry on first down (7.9; min. 90 carries) and in the fourth quarter (8.2; min. 50 carries).
- Helped the Nittany Lions to gain 400+ total yards in five games and 200+ rushing yards in five games.
Penn State is set to make its 57th postseason appearance when it takes on Clemson in the 2025 Bad Boy Mowers Pinstripe Bowl on Saturday, December 27. Kickoff is set for noon on ABC.
