UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – The Penn State men’s lacrosse team has announced its 2026 schedule, featuring six home games, all of which will take place at Panzer Stadium. Of the 13 opponents, the Nittany Lions will face off against nine foes that finished in the top 20 in the USILA 2025 Men’s Coaches Division I Poll.
The Nittany Lions kick off the new year with a pair of home games, first hosting Colgate at 12 p.m. on February 1. 2026 marks the third consecutive season Penn State kicks off action against the Raiders. PSU will follow up the season opener with Villanova on February 7 at 1 p.m.
The Nittany Lions first road trip begins when the team travels to Princeton, New Jersey on February 14 to face the Tigers. In the 2025 NCAA Tournament, Princeton defeated Towson in its opening matchup before falling to Syracuse, finishing as quarterfinalists in the tournament. A week later, the Nittany Lions take on Navy in Annapolis, Maryland on February 21.
Penn State then returns home for a second home stand, facing off against Ivy League opponents Yale and Cornell, respectively. The battle against the Bulldogs is set for February 28 at 1 p.m. The national semifinal rematch of 2025 is set for March 7 at 1 p.m.
Next, Penn State goes on the road to play a neutral site contest in Charlotte, North Carolina against the Tar Heels. The Nittany Lions will look to get their first win against North Carolina, as UNC boasts a 10-0 record all-time against the Blue & White. The game in Charlotte is scheduled for March 14 at American Legion Memorial Stadium.
After the trip south, Penn State travels back to Happy Valley for a matchup against Maryland on March 21 at 1 p.m. The Terrapins played for the national title in the 2025 NCAA Tournament, losing to Cornell in the finals.
Penn State is back on the road to Columbus, Ohio, to face off against Ohio State following the home battle against the Terrapins. The Nittany Lions hold a heavy advantage in the history of the series against the Buckeyes, boasting a 21-8 record and hope to increase the lead when the pair face off on March 28. Penn State the swings over to Baltimore, Maryland for a game against Johns Hopkins on April 4. In 2025, the Nittany Lions defeated the Blue Jays, 10-4, in the annual White Out game.
In the last home game of the season, Penn State faces off against Michigan on April 11 at 1 p.m. The Nittany Lions hold a record of 12-4 in series history.
After playing Michigan, Penn State have its last game of the regular season against Rutgers in Piscataway, New Jersey on April 18. In their last matchup, the Nittany Lions defeated the Scarlet Knights, 12-4, on the team’s Senior Day.
