UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa.- Penn State women’s basketball is set for a Wednesday night contest at Purdue on Feb. 4. Tip off inside Mackey Arena is slated for 7 p.m. with coverage on B1G+. The Lady Lions (7-15, 0-11 Big Ten) look for their first conference win while the Boilermakers (11-11, 3-8 Big Ten) look to snap a two-game skid.

LAST TIME OUT
- Penn State dropped 11th-straight game to Minnesota, 87-66 on Wednesday before its bye-week. After an early deficit, the Lady Lions battled in the first half, talking the lead at the midway point in the second frame. PSU ended the first half trailing only 42-38 at halftime. Minnesota outscored Penn State by a combined 17 points in the third and fourth quarters to finalize the victory.
- Kiyomi McMiller led the offense for the ninth time this campaign with 23 points in addition to three assists, two rebounds and a steal. The sophomore was efficient from the charity stripe, making five-of-six shots from the line.
- Moriah Murray led the team from the perimeter, making four shots from beyond the arc enroute to 16 points. She also grabbed four boards and dished out two assists.
- Tea Cleante was the final Lady Lion in the double figure scoring category, posting 11 points including three, three-pointers.
- Penn State made 12 shots from three-point range including nine in the first half.
- The Lady Lions outrebounded the Golden Gophers by a 36-35 margin.
SCOUTING THE BOILERMAKERS
- Purdue is 11-11, 3-8 Big Ten this season. The Boilermakers own conference wins over Wisconsin, Washington and Indiana. They are on a recent two-game slide with losses to Michigan State and Minnesota.
