LAS VEGAS – Two former Nittany Lions will represent Penn State on NBA Summer League rosters as Summer League action begins this week. Ace Baldwin Jr. (Orlando Magic) and Seth Lundy (Toronto Raptors) will suit up from July 9-19 in Las Vegas.
Baldwin Jr., former two-time Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year at Penn State, spent the 2025-26 season with the Osceola Magic in the NBA G League and suited up in 19 games. He played Summer League for the Memphis Grizzlies last summer.
Baldwin Jr. wrapped up his outstanding collegiate career as the only active Division I player and one of just five Division I players since the 1947-48 season (77 years) with 1,700+ career points (1,716), 800+ career assists (831) and 300+ career steals (342). He finished the 2024-25 season as Division I’s active career leader in steals (342) and his 831 career assists rank third amongst active Division I players. His 342 career steals are tied for 15th most all-time by an NCAA Division I player. The Baltimore, Md. native completed his standout collegiate career as a two-time Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year (2024, 2025), two-time All-Big Ten selection (2024, 2025), three-time NABC All-District selection (2023, 2024, 2025), 2023 Atlantic 10 Player of the Year, 2023 Atlantic 10 Defensive Player of the Year, and a two-time All-Atlantic 10 pick (2022, 2023).
Lundy returns to NBA Summer League with the Toronto Raptors after spending time with the Los Angeles Clippers, Atlanta Hawks and NBA G League throughout his professional career. Lundy was selected with the 46th overall pick in the 2023 NBA Draft by the Atlanta Hawks.
Lundy completed his four-year Penn State career in 2022-23 after putting together a career-best season as a senior, finishing the season with 14.2 points and 6.3 rebounds per game, and leading Penn State to 2023 NCAA Tournament and Big Ten Tournament Championship game appearances. Lundy finished his Penn State career ranking sixth all-time in school history in career 3-pointers (229), ninth in career free throw percentage (81.4 FT%) and 20th in career points (1,283). He became the 39th member of Penn State's 1,000-career point club on Jan. 11, 2023.
