I have absolutely no doubt that Fredrick "Juice" Scruggs belongs in the conversation as one of the best high school linemen in not only our school's history, but also our area's history. He has been an unstoppable force on both sides of the ball the past three years. Juice is extremely athletic and powerful - twitchy, explosive and dominating at his position of left tackle (he will project to play center or guard in college). He is as good of a run blocker as he is a pass blocker. Literally, irreplaceable. He is also a phenomenal young man and does well in the classroom. He helped lead our team to back-to-back state championships in 2016 and 2017 and was also selected as captain of the team for his senior season."
