Seat selection for 2023 will take place on Penn State Account Manager via Virtual VenueTM. This simulated Beaver Stadium will provide real-time display of available seating, including details regarding prices and a virtual view from the seat. Check out the sample virtual venue and read the tips below to make sure you’re ready for your seat selection window!
When will the seat selection process begin for the 2023 season?
The selection process will begin on Wednesday, March 15 and will close on Sunday, April 2 at 11:59 p.m. EST.
How are the selection dates and times assigned?
The selection assignments are ordered by Nittany Lion Club point totals. The selection assignment represents the earliest time you can access the venue. You will be able to select your seats for 2023 any time after your window opens until the close of seat selection on Sunday, April 2 at 11:59 p.m. EST. The overall selection process requires several weeks to complete and we cannot offer exceptions to the assigned dates or times.
Will I receive a notification?
Yes! Your selection date and time have been communicated to you via the email address associated with your Penn State Account Manager. For your convenience, there will also be a takeover page on Penn State Account Manager with your selection date and time.
Where can I go to sample the Virtual VenueTM?
For your convenience, you can test drive Virtual VenueTM prior to the start of your selection window here. While you can review pricing and seat views on the sample, please note that it does not hold actual seating availability. You will only be able to see actual availability and select your seats through Penn State Account Manager after your selection window begins.
How do I access the live selection site?
The live selection site can only be accessed via Penn State Account Manager. You will receive your selection date and time and the link to the live selection site via email. When your assigned selection window begins, there will also be a takeover page when you sign into Penn State Account Manager with the link to access Virtual VenueTM.
How many times can I change my seats?
You can only relocate your current seats once during your selection window. However, you can view seating locations and purchase new/additional seats as often as you would like between the start of your assigned selection window and the close of seat selection on Sunday, April 2 at 11:59 p.m. EST. Please note that all seat selections are final.
How long do I have to select seats?
You can begin looking at available seats as soon as your assigned window begins, and you can continue to look around until you secure new seats or the selection period closes on Sunday, April 2 at 11:59 p.m. EST. You do not have to choose new locations right away, but as time progresses, others are also entering the process and making new selections or relocating.
Once you begin the process of finalizing a sale relocation, you will have time limits on each step of the transaction.

It is likely that you use the back arrow on your browser rather than the navigation controls within Virtual VenueTM. Try refreshing the page.
I selected seats, timed-out, and the seats are no longer available. Is there a chance they are still there?
