After transferring from Villanova in the middle of the 2007-08 season, Ott has settled in nicely as a Nittany Lion earning a reputation as one of the funniest players on the team. After joining the squad in January of 2008, he sat out two semesters and became eligible to play on Dec. 21, 2008 vs. Lafayette. He quickly became a valuable part of the Lion rotation playing in 25 games and adding size, rebounding and a deft face-up shooting touch. Ott will look to capitalize on his well-honed passing and shooting skills and touch around the rim as he competes for time amongst the front line players this season. He has two years of eligibility remaining.
