Pringle[apos]s speed and quick hands were evident in his very first game as a Nittany Lion as he tied a Bryce Jordan Center record with seven steals in his debut. Pringle proved to be one of the quickest and fastest players end to end in the Big Ten and showed his athleticism by winning a pre-season Nittany Lion slam-dunk contest with his team high 37-inch vertical. Pringle was a pace changer for the Lions on defense and pushing the ball on offense. He also proved to be a very effective three-point shooter, ranking sixth in conference games hitting 43.5 percent from the arc.
