A former national recruiting analyst, Brian Snow enters his second year on staff at the director of recruiting in 2022-23.
Snow’s efforts were integral in signing the highest-ranked recruiting class in Penn State men’s basketball history in November 2021, less than eight months into Shrewsberry’s tenure in Happy Valley. The 2022 signing class ranks as a consensus top-30 class in the nation by all major recruiting services.
Prior to his time at Penn State, Snow evaluated thousands of high school prospects to produce accurate rankings and content for some of the largest media corporations dedicated to college sports. Snow spent four years as a national recruiting analyst for 247Sports and CBSSports.com. In his role, he evaluated high school prospects on film and in person to assist in the creation of 247Sports’ national prospect rankings.
Prior to joining 247Sports, Snow was a national recruiting writer for Scout for nearly seven years.
Snow graduated from Ohio State University in 2007 with a degree in mass communications.
