Season: Skated in 38 games…Finished second on the team with 42 points on 15 goals and 27 assists…Led all Big Ten rookies in each offensive category…Ranked second in the nation in points and assists by a freshman while his goal total was good for third among first-year skaters…His 42 points are the second-most all-time at Penn State by a freshman while his 27 assists are the second-most by a rookie and tied for the third-most in a single season all-time…His goal total tied for the fifth-most by a Nittany Lions rookie.
at Alaska (10/5): Had two assists in a 4-3 overtime victory. St. Lawrence (10/26): Scored his first career goal while adding an assist in a 3-1 win to complete a series sweep. Wisconsin (11/15-16): Tallied one goal in each game while adding an assist the second night for his third multi-point effort of the season. Michigan (11/22): Registered one goal and one assist in a 6-5 loss. Colgate (11/26-27): Had the game-winning goal while adding an assist in the opening game before scoring again the following night during a series sweep. vs. Notre Dame (1/3): Had one assist in a 3-3 tie at Wrigley Field. at Notre Dame (1/5): Tallied the opening goal and closing goal for his first career multi-goal game during a 3-0 victory. Michigan State (1/10): Collected one goal and one assist in a 6-4 loss. Canisus (1/17-18): Recorded one assist each night during a series sweep. at Michigan (1/31): Had an assist on the game-winning goal in a 5-4 win. at Michigan (2/1): Scored twice in a loss. at Wisconsin (2/8): Had a career-best three points on one goal and a pair of assists in a 6-2 win to complete a series sweep. at Michigan State (2/22): Registered a goal and an assist in a 3-2 win over the top-ranked Spartans. Minnesota (2/28): Tallied one assist in a 4-3 overtime victory. Minnesota (3/1): Collected three points on one goal and a pair of assists in a 5-3 loss. at Michigan (3/7): Had a career-best three assists including the primary helper on the overtime game-winner in a 6-5 victory. at Michigan (3/8): Scored on a penalty shot and added one assist in a 5-2 win to complete the sweep in the B1G quarterfinals. at Ohio State (3/15): Recorded one assist in an overtime loss in the B1G semifinals. vs. Maine (3/28): Tied his career-high with three assists in a 5-1 drubbing over the top-seeded Black Bears. vs. UConn (3/30): Added a pair of assists including the primary helper on the overtime winner that sent Penn State to its first-ever Frozen Four.
BEFORE PENN STATE
A product of the National Team Development Program (NTDP) competing for the U17 and U18 national teams as well as in the USHL for the USNTDP during the 2021-22 and 2022-23 seasons playing in 145 total games split between the two programs…Registered 76 points on 24 goals and 52 assists over the past two seasons…Secured a Bronze Medal at the 2023 World Junior A Challenge with Team USA…Played the 2023-24 season with the USHL’s Youngstown Phantoms finishing second on the team with 50 points in 45 games while pacing the Phantoms and ranking 17th in the USHL with 38 assists to go along with 12 goals. Added one goal and three assists in seven playoff games.
