Adam Gahm currently serves as Assistant Director of Athletic Performance at Penn State University, where he works with the Men’s Soccer program. He previously held positions of Athletic Performance Coach and Assistant Sport Scientist after joining Penn State in 2020. Prior to Penn State he served as a Human Performance Coach at Miami University from 2016-2020.
Adam holds a Master’s degree in Exercise Science from East Stroudsburg University and a Bachelor’s degree from University of Dayton. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and is committed to developing strong, resilient, and high-performing athletes.
