2022-23 (Junior Year)
- Blue/White (9/16): Led a 21.31 second split in the 200 Medley Relay (1:33.46) for a second place finish. Took second in the 200 IM (1:56.57) and fifth in the 100 Breast (59.09).
- Pittsburgh/Notre Dame (10/22): Swam fourth overall in the 400 IM (4:03.01) and seventh in the 200 IM (1:52.77). Swam the 200 Breast in 2:05.89 for 11th and contributed to an 11th place finish in the 400 Free Relay (3:09.17).
- West Virginia (11/5): Touched seventh in the 200 Free (1:42.82), and later fifth in the 200 Breast (2:05.17). Closed with a third place finish in the 400 IM at 4:06.56.
- N.C. State Invitational (11/17-19): Joined the final races for a pair of 22nd place finishes in the 400 IM (4:00.31) and 200 Breast (2:02.99).
- Army (1/13): Made the top 10 for the 200 Breast at fifth (2:02.46) and the 200 IM at sixth (1:52.21).
- Virginia Tech (1/21): Another top 10 finish in the 200 Breast at sixth (2:04.83) and in the 400 IM in third (4:08.09).
- Villanova (1/27): Hit a third place finish in the 200 Free (1:43.24) and later touched fourth in the 100 Breast at 1:00.42.
- Big Ten Championships (2/22-25): Advanced to the final race for the 200 Breast, touching 24th at 1:59.70.
2021-22 (Sophomore Year)
- Villanova (1/28): Finished second in the 200 IM (1:54.43) and third in the 200 Fly (1:55.85).
- Bloomsburg (11/6): Won the 200 Breast (2:06.26).
2020-21 (Freshman Year)
- Michigan State (2/5-2/6): Earned second in the 400 IM (4:03.40).
- vs. Northwestern and Iowa (1/22-1/23): Swam for a personal-best time in the 200 fly (1:51.47).
High School
Wise was a four-year letter winner at Greenon High School under the direction of coach Carl Eckels. He was a three-time state finals qualifier and district runner up in the 200 IM. Wise was named Central Buckeye Conference First-Team All-Conference during his freshman year and was a two-time Ohio Heritage Conference and First-Team All-Conference selection. He holds the Feenon High School record in the 200 IM and 100 fly and was a finalist at YMCA nationals for his club team Springfield YMCA where he earned sixth place in the 200 breast at the 2019 YMCA Nationals.
Personal
Calvin Willis Wise is the son of Eric and Kim Wise and has a younger sister Josie. When he's not in the pool he enjoys drawing, card tricks and solving rubix cubes which helps him with his major of mathematics.
