LION CAREER
2008-09 (Junior): Won the 50 free and set new meet record at Eastern Zone-Northern Sectionals in a career-best time of 20.70...Fourth in 100 free in a personal-best time of 46.64...Swam a then season-best time of 21.29 in the 50 freestyle against St. Bonaventure, winning the event...Named to Academic All-Big Ten squad.
2007-08 (Sophomore): Swam in one meet as a sophomore vs. West Virginia...Finished fourth in the 400 freestyle relay..Sat out the rest of the season due to spine surgery.
2006-07 (Freshman): Swam in just one meet as a redshirt freshman, the Big Cat Invitational...Finished second in the 50 freestyle and eighth in the 100 freestyle.
HIGH SCHOOL
Four-year member of the swimming team at Radnor High School and was a team captain senior year...Helped lead his team to three District 1-AA championships...Radnor was also the PIAA state runner-up freshman and senior years and the Central League Champions in both of those years as well...Two-time district qualifier in the 100 backstroke...Qualified for the state meet in the 50 free and three relay events as a junior...All-American in three events senior year...Swam on a relay team that set the state record in the 200 medley relay...Radnor compiled a dual meet record of 34-4.

Michael Kaiserian was born on October 5, 1987 in Philadelphia, Pa. to Ed and Carol Kaiserian...Has an older brother, Dan, a former Penn State swimmer who graduated in 2007, and a younger sister, Lara...Uncle, Pete Stephenson, who also attended Penn State...Majoring in mechanical engineering.
