2022-23 (Senior Year)
- Boston College/Navy (10/8): Contributed to a win for the 200 Medley Relay (1:28.81). In the individual events, swam 55.00 in the 100 Breast for a third place finish, and took an additional win in the 200 Breast at 1:59.41.
- Pittsburgh/Notre Dame (10/21-22): Placed 2nd in the 400 Medley Relay (3:15.36), 7th in the 200 Medley Relay (1:31.91), and 11th overall in the 400 Free Relay (3:09.17). In the individual events, swam the 100 Breast for a 4th overall finish (55.74), the 50 Free for 10th (21.35), and later the 200 Breast at 2:01.45 for 3rd overall.
- West Virginia (11/5): Dual first place finishes in the 200 Medley Relay (1:29.52) and the 100 Breast (55.79). Third place finish in the 200 Breast.
- N.C. State Invitational (11/17-19): Contributed to a 9th overall finish in the 200 Free Relay (1:20.96), 11th overall in the 200 Medley Relay (3:16.71), and the 200 Medley Relay at 5th (1:25.92). In the individual events, swam the 50 Free (20.73) and touched 4th overall in the 100 Breast (53.10), later finishing 3rd overall in the 200 Breast (1:54.66). Claimed an NCAA B-Cut for his race in the 100 Breast and 200 Breast.
- Army (1/13): Swam for a 1st place finish in the 200 Medley Relay at 1:26.88, helping land a new pool record for this event. Dual 4th place finishes in the 100 Breast (54.78) and 200 Breast (2:02.25).
- Virginia Tech (1/21): Swam for a fourth place finish in the 400 Medley Relay (3:14.95). Touched a pair of fourth place finishes in the 100 Breast (54.92) and 200 Breast (2:02.06), and an 8th place finish in the 50 Free (21.42).
- Villanova (1/27): Touched second in the 50 Free. Swam the 200 Medley Relay at 1:31.78 and later the 100 Fly at 53.61.
- Big Ten Championships (2/22-25): Advanced to the finals for the 100 Breast, placing 24th overall at 55.43.
2021-22 (Junior Year):
- 2022 NCAAs (3/23-26): Placed 18th in the 100 Breast (51.96), 27th in the 200 Breast (1:53.79) and 21stin the 200 Medley Relay (1:23.85), breaking Nittany Lion records in each event.
- Big Ten Championships (2/23-26): Swam to fourth in the 200 Breast (1:54.03) and fifth in the 100 Breast (52.12). Contributed to the record-setting 200 (1:24.57) and 400 (3:06.36) Medley Relays.
- Virginia Tech (1/22): Swept the breaststroke events, winning the 100 in 53.69 and the 200 in 1:56.83.
- NC State Invitational (11/18-20): Finished second in the 100 (52.73) and third in the 200 (1:54.58).
- Bloomsburg (11/6): Touched first in the 100 Free (47.24) and the 200 IM (1:53.94).

Big Ten Championships (3/1-3/6): Earned 20 points for the Nittany Lions, highlighted by two top-24 finishes in the 100 breast (53.61, 19th) and 200 breast (1:56.61, 13th). Member of the 200 medley relay team that locked in a new school record, swimming 1:24.86 for fifth. Additionally, swam for another fifth-place finish with the 400 medley relay that swam for the second-fastest time in program history (2:52.76).
- Michigan State (2/5-2/6): Earned a win in both the 100 breast (54.71) and 200 breast (1:58.06). Member of the winning 400 medley relay (3:17.28).
- at Ohio State (1/16): Won the 200 breast (1:58.89) and swam for second-place in the 100 breast (54.80). Also a member of the winning 200 medley relay team (1:27.68).
2019-20 (Freshman Year)
- Awards: Two-time Big Ten Freshman of the Week (10/16, 12/11)…CSCAA Scholar All-America Honorable Mention.
- Big Ten Championships (2/26-2/29): Broke the school record in the 200 breast and placed 17th (1:55.73)...Placed 20th with a career-best time in the 100 breast (53.95)...Finished with a personal-best in the 100 fly (48.42).
- vs. West Virginia (10/11): Won both the 100 breast (56.45) and 200 breast (2:02.31) to earn Big Ten Freshman of the Week honors.
