- Academic All-Big Ten (2024)
2022-23 (Sophomore Year)
- Blue White (9/16): Contributed to a second place finish in the men's 200 Medley Relay at 1:24.25.
- Boston College/Navy (10/8): Landed sixth in the 200 Medley Relay at 1:33.15, and later touching second overall in the men's 200 Fly (1:48.60). In the 200 IM, Folger finished 10th at 1:55.46.
- Pittsburgh/Notre Dame (10/22): Won the 200 Fly at 1:47.52.
- West Virginia (11/5): Started off with a third place finish in the 200 Medley Relay at 1:31.18. Took another win for the 200 Fly at 1:48.77, and later a third place finish in the 100 Fly (49.51).
- N.C. State Invitational (11/17-19): Contributed to a 10th place finish in the 200 Medley Relay (1:29.50), and later swam for second in the C-final of the 100 Fly (48.94). In the 800 Free Relay, Folger contributed to a ninth place overall finish at 6:43.43. On the final day, took 15th overall in the 200 Fly at 1:49.54.
- Army (1/13): Took the 200 Fly at 1:46.50, setting a new personal record for himself.
- Villanova (1/27): Joined for a second place finish in the 200 Medley Relay at 1:31.78.
- Big Ten Championships (2/22-25): Swam the 100 Fly at 48.39, earning points for the Nittany Lions on day three. To close the championship, Folger swam the 200 Fly (1:45.95) and qualified for an NCAA B-Cut and the fourth fastest time during the preliminary races. Later, Folger finished second in the C-final at 1:46.01 for a fifth fastest time in program history.
2021-22 (Freshman Year)
- Villanova (1/28): Fourth in the 500 Free (4:43.92)
- NC State Invitational (11/18-20): Finalist in the 100 (49.93) and 200 (1:49.50) Fly
- Navy (10/9): Won the 200 Fly (1:50.27)
High School
During Folger's time at Ayer Shirley Regional he placed himself as a US Olympic Trials Finalist and broke multiple team records. He also swam club for Greenwood Swimming where he was able to break multiple records.
Personal
Folger is the son of Bob Folger, a UMass graduate, and Katrina Tedstone who graduated from Syracuse. His sister Lorelei Folger currently swims for Lafayette college.
