Pac 12 Championships (3/5): Won second Pac 12 title (and first at 197)...Went 2-0, beating Nick Stemmet of Stanford and #20 Kordell Norfleet of Arizona State.

Pac 12 Championship (3/6): Pac 12 Runner-Up at 184, downing Arizona State’s Josh Nummer but losing to #8 Trey Munoz in the finals.

CPRR (1/3): Went 2-1 at season opening Cal Poly Round Robin, dropping close 6-4 (sv) bout to #3 Demetrius Romero of Utah Valley. Cal-Baptist (1/24): Pinned Johann Steinforth (6:15). Stanford (1/28): Beat Jared Hill 19-3 (TF; 5:22). Arizona State (2/11): Downed #25 Trey Munoz 4-2 (sv).
Pac 12 Championship (2/28): Pac 12 Champion at 174...Pinned Trison Wills of Arkansas-Little Rock (1:00)...Majored #25 Trey Munoz of Arizona State 11-2 in the finals.

MSU Open (11/2): Went 3-2 at MSU Open. San Francisco State (11/16): Picked up first collegiate dual win with 17-0 tech fall over Kurtis Clem. CK (12/6): Went 2-2 at Cliff Keen. ML (12/29): Posted 2-2 record at Midlands. Northern Colorado (2/7): Earned 6-2 win over Austin Matthews. Air Force (2/9): Posted 3-0 victory over Vincent Dolce. Oregon State (2/22): Picked up 8-7 win over Aaron Almos.
Pac 12 Championship (3/7-8): Went 3-1 to earn second place finish at 165.
 
2018-19 / REDSHIRT SEASON:
Season: Competed in five open tournaments....Went 14-7 overall...Had a pin, four techs and two majors...Began campaign at 147, finished at 157.
 
HIGH SCHOOL / PERSONAL:
Finished third at 145 pounds in the 2018 California state high school wrestling championship...Posted 43-5 record in final prep season, placing first in CIF-San Diego Section Division II finals...Finished second at 138 pounds as a junior en route to a 46-6 record...Finished first in the CIF-San Diego Section Division I Championship and was second at the Masters Meet and fifth in the Battle for the Belt...Truax finished first in the CIF-San Diego Section Division I Championship and third in the Masters Meet, qualifying for the state finals as a sophomore. Son of Bernie and Kelly Truax and has one sister, Jaiden.
