- Greg Kincaid returned to his alma mater in March of 2020.
- Kincaid handles the day-to-day communications and public relations efforts for the Penn State Football program.
- During his first season with the program in 2020, Penn State's strategic communications office earned the Super 11 Award, an award honoring the nation's top 11 football communications departments during the season. This marked Penn State's first time ever earning the honor.
- Prior to Penn State, Kincaid was at Army West Point as the Assistant Athletic Director of Athletic Communications. He was the primary communications contact for Army Football and managed all strategic story-telling and day-to-day media relations needs of the program.
- In his role with the Black Knights, he oversaw the Athletic Communications office, including supervision of five full-time employees. He worked alongside the senior administrative staff as the primary media relations contact for the Army West Point Athletic Department.
- Kincaid came to West Point after four-plus years at Indiana University, where he was the Assistant Director of Media Relations.
- With the Hoosiers, he worked as the secondary football and baseball contact and assisted with all media relations efforts for the football team, including the upkeep of game notes and all other printed materials, assisting with the team’s weekly press conference and working with media outlets and managing social media channels.
- Indiana went to two bowls (New Era Pinstripe, 2015; Foster Farms, 2016) and produced eight current NFL players during Kincaid’s tenure, including All-Americans Dan Feeney and Jason Spriggs.
- Before stopping in Bloomington, Kincaid spent two years as the Director of Media Relations at Florida International. He also has stops at Penn State (2007-10, 2011-13) and Lehigh (2010-11).
- He graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Communications from Penn State in 2010.
