Jay Dyer is in his first season as the strength and conditioning coach for women’s lacrosse. Each athlete is developed through a comprehensive program designed to enhance speed, power, agility, coordination and strength. The development of these skills provide the opportunity to optimize each athlete's potential. Dyer earned his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Delaware.
In addition to his duties with the women’s lacrosse team, he serves as the strength and conditioning coordinator for the United States’ National Lacrosse teams. Prior to arriving at Penn State, Dyer trained countless athletes throughout the Baltimore area at JDyer Strength and Conditioning.
