Richardson arrived at Penn State in January 2022 after completing his Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master’s in Sport Business Management (MSBM) from the DeVos Sport Business Management program at the University of Central Florida. While at UCF, Richardson worked as a graduate assistant for Dr. Richard Lapchick and the Institute for Diversity and Ethics in Sport (TIDES) in addition to working as a graduate assistant with UCF Athletics’ ChargeOn Fund and a customer relations assistant with Florida Citrus Sports.
Richardson earned his Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Business Management from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 2019. While there, he worked in various capacities for the Virginia Tech Athletic Fund as an intern before being promoted to a full-time role as Annual fund Assistant.
A native of Fredericksburg, Virginia, Richardson currently resides in State College, Pennsylvania.
