Olivia Fox returns for her fourth season as Director of Hockey Operations for Penn State women’s hockey in 2026-27.
Fox helped guide Penn State to its most successful season in program history in 2025–26. The Nittany Lions earned their first-ever appearance in the NCAA Women’s Frozen Four after securing a #3 seed in the NCAA Tournament, which was hosted at Pegula Ice Arena for the first time in school history.
Penn State also captured its fourth consecutive AHA Tournament Championship and fifth straight AHA regular-season title. The Nittany Lions set a program record for wins in a season and broke seven single-season program records during the 2025–26 campaign.
The 2024–25 season was also one of the best in program history, as Penn State recorded 31 victories, including an AHA-record 19 conference wins. The Nittany Lions secured both the AHA regular-season and tournament championships for the third consecutive season.
In her first season with the program, Penn State posted 22 wins and earned 24 CHA weekly awards, nine CHA monthly awards, and three All-CHA selections.
Prior to joining Penn State, Fox held hockey operations roles at Boston University, Dartmouth College, and Rochester Institute of Technology, overseeing all aspects of game-day, travel, and equipment operations. She began her career at her alma mater, Adrian College, as the operations coordinator.
A native of Massillon, Ohio, Fox was a four-year letterwinner for the women’s hockey program at Adrian College, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business marketing.
