Olivia Rohrbacher serves as the Associate Director of High Performance, a role she assumed in August 2025 after joining the staff in April 2023. In this position, she oversees sports science initiatives for all Olympic sports and supports the development and implementation of integrated performance strategies designed to enhance student-athlete health, readiness, and overall performance.
Rohrbacher provides high performance support for men’s and women’s basketball, men’s and women’s volleyball, baseball, men’s and women’s tennis, men’s and women’s gymnastics, and wrestling. She collaborates closely with coaches, sports medicine professionals, and performance staff to implement evidence-based training, recovery, and performance monitoring strategies that help student-athletes perform at their highest level.
Rohrbacher earned her master’s degree in Applied Sports Science and Coaching Education from West Virginia University in 2023. While completing her graduate studies, she worked in a sports science role supporting all Olympic sports and specifically managed performance data and monitoring systems for both basketball programs.
She received her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Pennsylvania State University, where she was a member of the women’s tennis team from 2017–21 and served as a two-year team captain. Rohrbacher is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
