Prior to joining the Nittany Lions ahead of the 2023-24 season, Myers Rich most recently served as the Chief of Staff at Lions Legacy Club, a Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) collective for Penn State football student-athletes. Myers Rich oversaw strategic business initiatives from ideation to implementation while serving as a key executive team member.
