What is mobile ticketing?
Mobile ticketing allows you to use your mobile device as your game ticket. For the easiest entry into the venue, fans should download the Nittany Lions app from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android.)
 
Why did Penn State Athletics transition to mobile ticketing?
Mobile ticketing increases the security of the ticket buying and event entry process.  Mobile ticketing also provides:

• Reduced risk of lost, stolen or counterfeit tickets
• Quick and easy entry into the venue
• The ability to manage, transfer or sell your tickets at any time directly from your mobile device

 
Can I have multiple tickets on the same mobile device?
Yes. You can view all of your tickets by swiping left or right on your smartphone.  We highly encourage you to transfer a ticket to each member of your party to allow for the easiest entry and access throughout the venue.
 
What if my guest(s) and I are arriving to the venue at different times?
If arriving at different times, you will need to transfer a ticket to each member of your party.  This will allow you and your guest(s) to arrive at the venue at your own convenience.  Once the ticket transfer offer has been sent to your guest(s) they will receive an email instructing them to accept the tickets.  If they do not already have a Penn State Athletics account, they can easily create an account to accept the ticket offer.  Once your guest(s) have accepted the transfer offer, they should download the Nittany Lions app to access their tickets.
 
What if I do not have a smartphone, or if my phone battery dies on game day?
You will need to visit the ticket office at the venue on game day.  You will be required to show a valid photo ID for the name on the ticket account. 
 
Do I need the Nittany Lions app to manage and view my tickets?
While it is not required, we highly recommend downloading the app for the easiest and most convenient ticket management.  Tickets purchased via Penn State Athletics can also be viewed by logging into Penn State Account Manager on a mobile device.
 
I purchased my ticket via ticketmaster.com – can I still view my ticket through the Nittany Lions app?
Yes, tickets purchased via ticketmaster.com can be viewed in the Nittany Lions app.  However, you will not be able to manage your tickets.  You will need to manage your tickets via the Ticketmaster mobile app.

• Access your tickets through the Nittany Lions app or your Penn State Account Manager.
• Add your tickets to your digital wallet.
• Make sure your phone is fully charged.
• Have your ticket out and ready to be scanned before entering the venue. It is recommended that you send each guest their own individual ticket if the party is arriving separately.

The only authorized sources for verified tickets to Penn State Athletics events are:

• Penn State Athletics Ticket Office
• Ticketmaster
• GoPSUsports.com

Please be aware that tickets purchased from other resale marketplaces (including StubHub, Vivid Seats, Craigslist, eBay, and ticket brokers) are not guaranteed as valid for entry into the venue.
