UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa., Nov. 17, 2007 - For the fifth consecutive season, the Penn State women's volleyball team has captured the outright Big Ten title, sweeping Illinois (30-27, 30-22, 30-18) Saturday night at Rec Hall. "It's a great feeling to win the Big Ten, but we have a lot more to accomplish," said junior middle hitter Christa Harmotto (Aliquippa, Pa.). "We have two tough matches on the road next week against Ohio State and Michigan before NCAAs begin. But tonight was very special since the Big Ten is so competitive.
