UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - Women's soccer head coach Erica Walsh is busy preparing the U.S. Women's National Team for its second game of the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Walsh, an assistant on the U.S. squad, will help lead her squad into action tomorrow (August 9) at 5 a.m. eastern time.
The U.S. will take on Japan who is coming off a 2-2 tie with New Zealand. The Americans currently sit in fourth place in their group following a 2-0 loss to Norway. The top two teams in the group will advance to the quarterfinals following round-robin play.
