The 17th-ranked Penn State women's gymnastics team travels to No. 12 Nebraska on Friday, Jan. 30 for a 7:00 p.m. CT (8:00 p.m. ET) meet with the Cornhuskers. Live scoring will be available via a link at www.GoPSUsports.com.

The Series: Penn State vs. Nebraska
Penn State trails Nebraska, 14-6, in a series that began in 1983. The last meeting was a 195.725-196.000 Husker victory on March 21, 2008 at Rec Hall in University Park, Pa. The last Nittany Lion victory in the regular-season was a 196.025-195.475 win on Feb. 10, 2006, also at Rec Hall.

Personett Named Big Ten GOW
Junior Brandi Personett was named the Big Ten Gymnast of the Week on Jan. 26. It is the fifth career honor for Personett and the first of the season for a Nittany Lion women's gymnast. Personett captured all four event titles, the all-around crown and the Ann Carr Award as the most inspirational gymnast of the meet in Penn State's win over Michigan State Saturday night at Rec Hall. Personett recorded a career-high 39.575, the seventh-highest individual all-around score in Penn State history, to take the title. She also posted a season-high 9.925 on vault, a career-high-tying 9.875 on bars, a season-high 9.850 on beam and a season-high 9.925 on floor.
