EUGENE, Ore. - With the NCAA track and field season coming to an end two weeks ago, many current and former Nittany Lions will take on top competition from around the country this week at the USATF Junior and Senior Championships at Historic Hayward Field in Eugene, Ore. Action gets underway on Thursday and concludes on Sunday at the storied track and field venue on the campus of the University of Oregon.
Set to compete on Thursday are freshman Anya Uzoh (Laurel, Md.) in the junior men's decathlon, senior Tanner Evak (State College, Pa.) in the javelin, junior Fawn Dorr (Akron, N.Y.) in the 400-meter hurdles, and former Nittany Lion great Shana Cox in the 400-meters.
