UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa.; - ABC/ESPN will nationally televise Penn State's clash with Ohio State on Nov 7. The national powers will kickoff at 3:30 p.m. ET in the 300th game to be played in Beaver Stadium.

ABC will regionally televise the contest and ESPN2 will air the game outside the ABC coverage area to the rest of the nation. ABC or ESPN has televised all 16 previous clashes as Big Ten rivals.

The game with the Buckeyes is No. 12/10 Penn State's 10th announced TV appearance of the season. This Saturday's game at Northwestern will kick at 4:30 p.m. ET/3:30 p.m. CT and be televised by ESPN.

The Ohio State game will be Penn State's fifth appearance on ABC/ESPN this season. The Nittany Lions also have played three games on the Big Ten Network and one on ESPN Classic, with at least one more game this season to air on the Big Ten Network.

The Penn State-Ohio State series is tied, 12-12. The border rivals have played annually since Penn State began Big Ten play in 1993. The home team has won 12 of the 16 meetings as conference foes, but the Nittany Lions won, 13-6, last year in Columbus.

The Nittany Lions (7-1, 3-1) have appeared on television in 185 of their last 187 games. Future Penn State contests may be selected by the networks under the six and 12-day provisions of their contracts with the Big Ten.

All Penn State football games can be heard on the Penn State Sports Network and www.GoPSUsports.com, with all Big Ten Conference games available on XM Satellite Radio.

The No. 17/15 Buckeyes (6-2, 4-1) host New Mexico State on Saturday before the contest with the Nittany Lions.
