SAN DIEGO, Calif.--Heavy rain and thunderstorms have created scheduling issues at the 20th Annual Campbell/Cartier Classic on Saturday. Penn State's game against Utah State will be played at 3:35 p.m. ET. PSU-San Diego State will take place as originally scheduled at 10:30 p.m. ET.
The Nittany Lions were scheduled to face the USU Aggies at 1:15 p.m. ET (10:15 p.m. PT), which would have been Game Two of six at the SDSU Softball Complex. Game One would have been Utah State-UC Santa Barbara at 8:00 a.m. local time, but heavy rains brought by a low-pressure weather system forced the cancellation of that game. Also canceled was the Western Kentucky-Washington matchup, scheduled for 3:00 p.m.
Below is Saturday's schedule at the Campbell/Cartier Classic, Penn State plays at 1:15 p.m. ET and 10:30 p.m. ET.
