No. 21 Women's Gymnastics Hosts Pittsburgh, West Virginia and Bridgeport

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - The No. 21 Penn State women's gymnastics team is back in action at Rec Hall on Sunday, Feb. 6. The Nittany Lions host Pittsburgh, West Virginia and Bridgeport in a quad meet. Action is set to begin at 2 p.m.

The Series: Penn State vs. Pittsburgh
Penn State is 42-2 all-time against Pittsburgh. The squads last met on Feb. 13, 2010 at Rec Hall. Penn State won the meet scoring a 196.450 to Pitt's 194.650.

The Series: Penn State vs. West Virginia
The NIttany Lions are 29-5 against the Mountaineers. The squads met twice in 2010. On Jan. 9 in a quad-meet at Denver, Penn State took second with a 193.900, while WVU took third scoring a 191.220. On Feb. 20 at Rec Hall, the Nittany Lions won the meet with a team score of 195.950 to WVU's 194.925.

The Series: Penn State vs. Bridgeport
PSU is 2-0 all-time against the Purple Knights. The teams met for the second time in 2010 in a quad-meet with Maryland and Michigan. PSU won the meet scoring a 196.725, while Bridgeport took fourth with a 193.200.

What's Next?
The Nittany Lions are back on the road for two weekends in a row. On Feb. 11, Penn State is at North Carolina with action set for 7 p.m. The squad heads to Maryland for a 7 p.m. quad meet with Rutgers and William & Mary on Feb. 18.
