UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- The Penn State softball doubleheader scheduled for 3 p.m. today against Kent State has been delayed to 4:30 p.m. due to inclement weather.
A low pressure system is slowly moving out of the region this afternoon, forcing the delay of the game. Current conditions at 12:30 p.m. in State College, Pa. are cloudy with a light drizzle and temperatures in the mid 40s. By 4:30 p.m. the rain should completely move out of the area and temperatures are expected to reach 50 degrees.
