UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - Penn State softball announced changes to its three-game home series against Ohio State next week. The Nittany Lions and Buckeyes will play in a Friday doubleheader (May 11) at 4 p.m. followed by the series finale on Saturday at 1 p.m. Friday's 4 p.m. game on the Big Ten Network will be aired live.
Penn State is coming off a thrilling three-game home sweep of Minnesota as the Nittany Lions overcame seventh-inning deficits in each game to win in walk-off fashion. Wednesday was full of time changes for Penn State softball with the final game of this weekend's series at Illinois moved to 11:30 a.m. ET. Nittany Lion softball will be honoring a ticket exchange with Penn State baseball as both teams are home that weekend. All ticket stubs bought at softball can be used for free entry at baseball and visa versa. PSU hosts OSU on Friday at 4 p.m., televised live on Big Ten Network, while baseball plays at 6 p.m. Saturday softball is at 2:00 p.m. for a Senior Day doubleheader, while baseball continues its three-game series Saturday and Sunday afternoon. The ticket stubs can be used any day of either game.
