UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - Penn State softball's series finale at Illinois on Sunday has been moved up to 11:30 a.m. ET. The game is still set to appear on Big Ten Network.
To help accommodate travel in and out of Champaign-Urbana, Sunday's finale, originally scheduled for 3:00 p.m. ET has been changed. The game will be shown on Big Ten Network on tape-delay basis at 3:00 p.m.
Penn State (17-27, 8-10 Big Ten) and Illinois (23-23, 7-11 Big Ten) square off in a Saturday doubleheader, slated for 2:00 p.m. ET. Penn State is coming off a thrilling three-game sweep of Minnesota as the Nittany Lions overcame seventh-inning deficits in each game to win in walk-off fashion.
