UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - The Penn State men's hockey team will return home Saturday, Nov. 3, when it welcomes Buffalo State to the Greenberg Ice Pavilion. Opening faceoff is set at 7:30 p.m.
The Nittany Lions, who are in the midst of a three-game win streak, will enter the contest with a 4-2-0 mark. Buffalo State will travel to Happy Valley with a 1-1-1 record. Saturday night's contest will mark the second game between the two teams as Penn State fell to the Bengals, 3-0, Oct. 19.
PROMOTIONS
Fans in attendance will receive schedule magnets and Pegula Ice Arena water bottles while supplies last. Team posters will also be available.
PARKING - MAP
Fans attending this weekend's game are able to park in Orange Lots C, F and G. Orange Lot H is also available on the east side of University Drive. Penn State will offer a courtesy shuttle for fans and media members that will originate from Orange H Lot for all home games. Parking for all men's hockey games is free.

STREAKING LIONS
Penn State is currently on a three-game win streak after defeating RIT (3-2), Army (5-0) and Sacred Heart (6-3).
During that stretch, the Nittany Lions have outscored their opponents by a 14-5 margin and have held teams scoreless in 14 power-play opportunities.
HOT HANDS
The Nittany Lions have received significant contributions throughout their lineup, including 15 student-athletes who recorded at least one point in the past three games.
SPREADING THE WEALTH
During the 2012-13 season, twelve players have recorded at least two points, while 16 Nittany Lions have collected at least one point.
Freshman forward David Glen (Fort Saskatchewan, Alta.) leads the team with seven points (3g, 4a), while classmate Casey Bailey (Anchorage, Alaska) is close behind with three goals and three assists.
PLAYING WITH THE LEAD
The Nittany Lions have trailed for only 32 seconds during their three-game win streak. Penn State fell behind Sacred Heart, 1-0, before Michael Longo (Allison Park, Pa.) scored the first-period equalizer.
LIONS IN THE NCAA
As of Nov. 1, freshman David Glen ranks seventh among the nation's rookies in points per game (1.17). Classmate Casey Bailey is tied for ninth (1.00) among freshmen, and sophomore goalie PJ Musico (Orange, Calif.) is one of 10 backstops who have won all their starts (4-0-0).
LAST TIME VS. BUFFALO STATE
Although outshooting the Bengals by a 35-26 margin, Penn State fell to Buffalo State, 3-0, Oct. 19.
Both teams combined for 29 infractions, totaling 83 penalty minutes. The Bengals were 3-for-11 on the power play while Penn State finished 0-for-9 with the man advantage.
SCOUTING THE BENGALS
Buffalo State is currently 1-1-1 overall on the season. Following their win against Penn State, the Bengals lost to Brockport, 4-2, and tied Geneseo, 4-4.
Sophomore forward Nick Melligan leads the team with five points (3g, 2a), while junior netminder Kevin Carr has been the only Buffalo State netminder to see action in 2012-13. He has compiled a 2.27 GAA and .924 save percentage.
LAST TIME OUT
Six different players scored as Penn State topped Sacred Heart, 6-3, Oct. 27. Penn State fell behind, 1-0, before scoring three goals in a 5:06 span to take a 3-1 lead.
Senior forward Michael Longo and junior defenseman Nate Jensen (Shorewood, Minn.) notched their first goals of the season, and junior forward Michael McDonagh (Wilmington, Mass.) tallied a game-high three assists.
Sophomore Max Gardiner (Deephaven, Minn.) and freshmen Curtis Loik (North Vancouver, B.C.), Jonathan Milley (Gatineau, Que.)and Mark Yanis (Grosse Pointe Woods, Mich.) also scored for the Nittany Lions.
ANOTHER MILESTONE SET
With a 5-0 win against Army, Penn State earned its first shutout in the NCAA Division I era. Sophomore goaltender PJ Musico stopped all 34 Army shots for the shutout as he improved to 3-0-0 on the season. The Orange, Calif., native has compiled a 4-0-0 record in 2012-13 with a 2.00 goals-against average and .938 save percentage.

Following Saturday night's contest, Penn State will return home next weekend for two games against Air Force. Opening faceoff for both Friday (Nov. 9) and Saturday (Nov. 10) are set at 7:30 p.m.
