UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - The Penn State men's hockey team will welcome intrastate rival Robert Morris to the Greenberg Ice Pavilion Saturday, Dec. 15 for a 7:30 p.m. matchup.
The Nittany Lions will enter the game with a 7-7-0 record after snapping its four-game losing streak with a 4-0 whitewash against Fredonia State Tuesday night. Robert Morris, which went 1-0-1 during its weekend series against Ohio State, will make the trip to Happy Valley with a 6-4-2 mark. For five-game package holders, Saturday's game is part of Package A.
PARKING
Fans attending Saturday's game will be able to park in Orange Lots C, F and G. Orange Lot H is also available on the east side of University Drive (see map). A courtesy shuttle will be available for fans and media members that will originate from Orange H. Parking is free for all men's hockey games.
GIVEAWAYS
Free coffee and hot chocolate will be available pregame for all students who show a valid ID.

PENN STATE AT GREENBERG
The Nittany Lions will look to close out 2012 with a winning home record. Penn State is 2-2-0 at Greenberg Ice Pavilion during its inaugural NCAA Division I season.
STUDENT TICKET/BUS PACKAGE AVAILABLE FOR PHILADELPHIA COLLEGE HOCKEY FACEOFF
Student ticket/bus packages are now available for Penn State's game against Vermont at Philadelphia's Wells Fargo Center Jan. 19.
Students can purchase a ticket and bus pass, which will provide transportation to and from Penn State and the Wells Fargo Center, for $30. Students who do not need transportation can buy a ticket in sections 203 or 204 for $8 each. Up to four tickets can be purchased per valid student ID and cash and credit cards will be accepted.
Tickets will be available at the Bryce Jordan Center Athletic Ticket Office weekdays from 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Tickets are also available during the first intermission of Saturday's game. The sale will continue until Wednesday, Jan. 16 or while supplies last.
PENNSYLVANIA DIVISION I HOCKEY
Penn State and Robert Morris represent two of the three NCAA Division I programs located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Erie-based Mercyhurst, which competes with Robert Morris in Atlantic Hockey, is the third Pennsylvania program.
SCOUTING ROBERT MORRIS
The Colonials are tied for eighth in Atlantic Hockey with a 4-3-1 conference mark. Robert Morris is on a four-game unbeaten streak (2-0-2) after going 1-0-1 against Ohio State last weekend.
Senior forward Adam Brace is tied for third in the country with two shorthanded goals, while goaltender Eric Levine ranks fifth in the NCAA in save percentage (.941) and 19th in goals-against average (2.19).
NEWEST DIVISION I TEAMS
Saturday night's game will feature the two schools that most recently added NCAA Division I hockey. Robert Morris joined the NCAA Division I ranks for the 2004-05 season.
GETTING FAMILIAR
After Saturday night, Penn State and Robert Morris will play each other in the first round of the Three Rivers Classic at Pittsburgh's CONSOL Energy Center Dec. 28. Miami and Ohio State will join Penn State and Robert Morris at the four-team showcase.
SKOFF SECURES FIRST SHUTOUT
Freshman goaltender Matthew Skoff earned his first career shutout with 18 saves in a 4-0 victory against Fredonia State Dec. 11. Sophomore Jacob Friedman (1g, 1a), who scored his first career goal, and freshman David Glen (2a) led Penn State with two points each.
The Nittany Lions, who snapped their four-game losing streak, went 1-for-2 on the power play and outshot the Blue Devils by a 50-18 margin.
LOOKING AHEAD
Following Saturday's game, Penn State will return to action at the Three Rivers Classic at Pittsburgh's CONSOL Energy Center Dec. 28-29. The Nittany Lions and Colonials will face off Dec. 28 at 4:30 p.m., while Miami and Ohio State will play at 7:30 p.m. The consolation and championship games will follow Dec. 29 at 4:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., respectively.
