UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - Season ticket renewal information for the 2014-15 Penn State men's hockey season at Pegula Ice Arena is now available. In 2014-15, the Nittany Lions will face a competitive 18-game home slate, including 10 matchups against their Big Ten rivals.

Season tickets for the 2014-15 season start at just $240 per ticket for End Zone accommodations, while bowl seating in the Attack Zone and Center Ice sections is priced at $304 and $400, respectively, per ticket. Premium seating is also available in the following areas: Club ($680 per ticket), On the Glass ($700), Loge ($900) and Suites (call 814-867-7825 for pricing information).

New for the 2014-15 season, Club, Loge and Suite holders will have complimentary access to the Pegula Club Level and an array of drinks, snacks and desserts that are included in the Season Ticket investment. In addition, these fans will have the opportunity to purchase a full dinner buffet, with a season package costing $6.95 per game.

"The atmosphere in Pegula Ice Arena is simply the best in the country," said head coach Guy Gadowsky. "We absolutely love playing in front of the best fans in the nation and can't wait to hit the ice in October."

The renewal process for 2013-14 season ticket holders is currently underway, and season ticket holders can access their account and invoice at www.GoPSUsports.com/accountmanager. The renewal payment deadline is set for May 23 with seat selection starting in early June. At that time, season ticket holders will have the opportunity to add additional season tickets based on Nittany Lion Club point priority.

If seats are available following the renewal period, the general public will have the ability to purchase season tickets beginning in mid-July. All season ticket purchases, with the exception of End Zone seating, require an annual Nittany Lion Club gift of at least $50 per seat. The donation is not an additional requirement if an NLC member's annual giving is at or above the total per seat donation for hockey tickets. Student season tickets, which do not require an NLC donation, will be available in September.

All 2014-15 season-ticket holders will have the opportunity to enjoy the following benefits:

  • Savings of up to 12% off the Gate ticket price
  • Pegula Ice Arena Inaugural Season DVD (one per account)
  • Priority for special event ticket purchases
  • Ten percent merchandise discount at the Hockey Valley Team Shop
  • Invitation to Skate with the Nittany Lions
  • Invitation to attend open practice
  • Complimentary parking (location based on ticket)

In addition, premium season ticket holders who purchase suite, loge, on the glass or club seating will receive:

  • Invitation to pre-game coaches' chalk talk at select home games
  • Early access to Pegula Ice Arena on game days
  • Access to the Pegula Club and Mt. Nittany Room (based on ticket)
  • Personalized recognition on seats (suite, loge, on the glass only)

The 2013-14 season marked a historic year in Hockey Valley with the opening of Pegula Ice Arena and the first year of the Big Ten Hockey Conference. During the facility's inaugural campaign, Pegula Ice Arena hosted 16 sellouts with an average of 6,011 fans watching the Nittany Lions on a given night. Penn State, which welcomed six nationally-ranked foes and all four No. 1 seeds from the 2014 NCAA tournament, was one of five NCAA Division I programs to play at more than 100 percent capacity.
