UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - The No. 4 Penn State men's gymnastics team captured all six team events and four individual titles en route to a 444.700-436.350 win over No. 5 Michigan in front of 2,385 fans inside Rec Hall Saturday. Penn State's score of 444.700 ranks fourth all-time in the school record books.

In the first rotation for Penn State, the floor exercise, the Nittany Lions grabbed three out of the top five spots. After winning his first-career floor exercise title last week, Thad Lawson (Chesapeake, Va.) tied for second along with Dominic DiFulvio (Marietta, N.Y. ) with their scores of 15.200. Matthew Felleman (Medway, Mass.) also finished in the top-five for the Nittany Lions in the floor exercise with his mark of 14.850. As a team, Penn State posted the fifth-best score all-time in school history in the floor exercise event (74.350).

The Nittany Lions held a 74.350-74.200 lead over Michigan after the first rotation.

After making his season-debut last weekend, senior Craig Hernandez (Libertyville, Ill.) captured his second pommel horse title of the season Saturday with his school-record score of 15.950. Also in the pommel horse, Colin Coates (Emmaus, Pa.) and Leroy Clarke, Jr., (Maplewood, N.J.) tied for fifth with their scores of 14.900. As a team, Penn State posted a score of 75.000, which is the second-best mark all-time for the Nittany Lions.

Penn State held a 149.350-148.300 lead after the second rotation.

Just like in its season-opener, the Nittany Lions found its stride in the still rings event on Saturday. Penn State captured the top four spots in the still rings with Trevor Howard (Columbus, Ohio) victorious with his score of 15.350. Alexis Torres (Catano, Puerto Rico) posted a mark of 15.200 to claim the runner-up spot. Tristan Duverglas (West Orange, N.J.) and Clarke, Jr., finished third (14.750) and fourth (14.500), respectively. In the still rings event, Penn State posted a team score of 73.950.

The Nittany Lions held a 223.300-223.050 lead over Michigan after the third rotation.

In the fourth rotation for Penn State, the vault, Penn State was led by Duverglas and Torres. Duverglas finished second with his score of 15.250 and Torres placed third with his mark of 15.050. As a team, Penn State set the third-best score in school history today with its score of 74.800.

After rotation four, Penn State led 298.100-293.550.

After finishing second in the parallel bars in the season-opening meet, Torres recorded his first parallel bars title of the season Saturday with his career-best score of 15.700. His mark of 15.700 moves him into second all-time at Penn State. Felleman and Howard posted scores of 15.450 and 15.300 to finish third and fourth, respectively. Last weekend, the Nittany Lions posted a school record score of 75.900, but after today that mark would not stand. Penn State bested its score of 75.900 last week with its score of 75.950 today.

With one rotation to go, Penn State led 374.050-363.850.

Penn State continued its momentum into the final event, the high bar, and captured the top three spots. Felleman won the event with a mark of 15.100 followed by Howard (14.450) and Rodriguez (14.400). The Nittany Lions posted a score of 70.650 in the high bar event.

Both season and single meet tickets are available for purchase. Season ticket packages costs $12 for adults and $8 for youth, while single meet tickets are $8 for adults and $5 for youth. Single meet tickets are available for purchase in advance at the Bryce Jordan Center and at the Rec Hall ticket window on the day of the meet. Group tickets can be purchased in advance for a reduced rate of $4 per ticket.

The Nittany Lions do not compete next weekend as they prepare for Ohio State. The Nittany Lions and the Buckeyes are scheduled to meet inside Rec Hall Friday, February 6 at 7 p.m.
