The Nittany Lions continued the solid doubles play as Penn State won the doubles point. The duos stayed the same as the first tandem of Kisialeva and Sapogova defeated Borislava Botusharova and Nikol Hristova 7-5.

Devan McCluskey and Kim Surin (Montreal, Canada) improved their doubles record to 5-1 as they were victorious against Ingrid Vojcinakova and Marijana Novakovic 6-4. Jacqueline Zuhse (Boca Raton, Fla.) and Katherine Whiteaway (Sawbridgeworth, England) were defeated by Adriana Rajkovic and Ivana Vukovic 6-2.

"Obviously our team is disappointed we lost. We competed hard and had chances against a quality Old Dominion team," said head coach Chris Cagle. "Tomorrow we face an equally tough William & Mary team. I know our team will come out hungry tomorrow."
