UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa.- The Intercollegiate Tennis Association released their third set of rankings for the spring season Tuesday afternoon. Penn State kept their two Nittany Lions in the rankings as Victoria Kisialeva (Toronto, Canada) and Dasha Sapogova (Minsk, Belarus) are ranked as the No. 51 doubles tandem. The duo is 5-2 this season, including two wins against ranked opponents.
Penn State will take on two more ranked opponents this weekend as the Nittany Lions travel south to Huntington, West Virginia to take on Marshall and Utah. The Thundering Herd are ranked 55th while the Utes come in at No. 73. Penn State's most recent opponent, VCU, cracked the rankings at No. 61 this week.
Penn State will take on Marshall Saturday, February 28 with the first serve set for 12:00 p.m. The Nittany Lions then take on Utah Sunday at 11:00 a.m., also in Huntington, West Virginia.
