JACKSONVILLE - Head coach James Franklin participated in the official kickoff event for the 2016 TaxSlayer Bowl on Thursday inside the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront.
In preparation of Penn State's appearance in the 71st TaxSlayer Bowl on Jan. 2 (12 p.m. on ESPN) against Georgia, Franklin addressed the media and took part in the TaxSlayer Bowl Speaker Series Luncheon alongside Georgia interim head coach Bryan McClendon.
