Nittany Lion Men Move Up Six Spots to No. 14 in Latest USTFCCCA Rankings

NEW ORLEANS, LA.
- The Penn State men's track & field teams moved up in the 2016 week four indoor track & field season National Computer Rankings, as released Monday afternoon by the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).

The men's team moved up six spots to No. 14 after checking in at No. 20 in last week's rankings.

Penn State is currently the highest ranked Big Ten Conference member in the rankings at No. 14 while Purdue moves up one spot to No. 22 rounding out the Big Ten members in the rankings.

At the NCAA level, Penn State has 15 student-athletes in the top-20 of their respective events.

Head coach John Gondak's men's teams combine a total of 65 student-athletes inside the top-20 in their events in the Big Ten Conference including five conference-leading marks.

The Nittany Lions will return to the track at this weekend's Penn State Tune-Up, Saturday February 20.
