PRINCETON, N.J.
- The No. 11 Penn State men's volleyball team completed the season sweep of Princeton in a 3-1 win against the Tigers (25-13, 25-21, 25-17, 25-19) Friday night at Dillon Gym in Princeton, N.J.

Aidan Albrecht (Old Bridge, N.J.) led the Nittany Lions in kills with a team-high 15 and added four digs along with four service aces on the night.

Matt Seifert (Reading, Pa.) posted 10 kills on 15 attempts hitting .533 while adding a game-high seven total blocks.

Chris Nugent (Fair Lawn, N.J.) and Spencer Sauter (Woodridge, Ill.) recorded 14 and 11 kills, respectively, while Sauter added five blocks.

Taylor Hammond (Mission Viejo, Calif.) handed out 51 assists, while Royce Clemens (York, Pa.) finished with six digs.

Penn State jumped out to an early lead in game one 4-0 behind the straight kills capped with a service ace.

The Nittany Lions never trailed in the opening set while cruising to a 25-13 win capped by a kill from Spencer Sauter.

Princeton and Penn State kept it close in the second set tying the match on every step through the first 18 points with both teams knotted at nine points apiece.

Leading the Nittany Lions 24-21, a kill from Princeton's Mike Fuerst cemented the set for the Tigers tying the game at a set apiece heading into the break.

Penn State finished the game with two dominating sets winning by scores of 25-17 in the fourth set and 25-19 in the fifth.

The Nittany Lions had a season-high sideout percentage of 92% in the first set while hitting a single set game-high .600 percent.

Penn State hit .500 for the match totaling 60 kills and six service aces while improving to a EIVA leading 8-1 in conference play on the season.

Penn State will travel to Newark, N.J. Saturday Apr. 2 for a matchup with the NJIT Highlanders with a first whistle slated for 4:00 p.m. The Penn State vs. NJIT match will broadcast LIVE on ESPN3.
