W. Basketball Announces Two Schedule Moves

September 13, 2016 -- The Penn State women's basketball program has announced the addition of an exhibition game against Bloomsburg on Sunday, Oct. 30 and one date change for the upcoming 2016-17 non-conference schedule.

The date change is for the Lady Lions' home game against Iona, as the two teams will now square off on Tuesday, Dec. 20 at the Bryce Jordan Center.

The Lady Lions will get their first taste of on-court competition against Bloomsburg on Sunday, Oct. 30 at 2 p.m. inside the Bryce Jordan Center. On the all-time regular season ledger, Penn State and Bloomsburg have met five times, with Penn State winning all five games. The two teams played each season from 1965-69.

Tickets for the exhibition game are $5 for all arena seating, with courtside seats available for $10. Season Ticket Holders will receive free admission with their tickets, which will be mailed separately from their season ticket package. Penn State students receive free admission to the game with their Penn State ID. Suite rental is also available by calling 1-800-NITTANY.

Season tickets for the 2016-17 season are on sale now and feature three price points; courtside, sideline and baseline. Available season tickets range in price from $95 (baseline) to $120 (sideline) and $260 (courtside). The Recent Graduate program returns for a second season and features two options; a $65 baseline package and the $84 sideline package.
