Bowman then netted goals at 11:43 and 18:03 in the second period to complete her second career hat trick as a Nittany Lion. Penn State took a 7-1 lead into the third period.

Christi Vetter (Lakeville, Minn.) picked up her first goal of the season with 5:01 left in regulation for the final Nittany Lion goal on the night.
