UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - The Penn State men's lacrosse team finalized the class of 2021 on Tuesday afternoon, as head coach Jeff Tambroni and his staff welcomed 13 new players to the roster, all slated to begin competing with the team in the 2018 season.

Penn State's newest group of incoming talent includes Bobby Burns (Smithtown, Long Island, N.Y.), Greg Ey (Baltimore, Md.), Jake Glatz (Shrewsburry, Pa.), Jack Kelly (Scarbrough, Ontario, Canada), Jake McCaughan (Richland, N.J.), John Nostrant (Haverford, Pa.), Brayden Peck (West Grove, Pa.), Dan Reaume (Beverly Hills, Mich.), Mike Shinske (Medford, N.J.), Joey Soran (Aurora, Colo.), Sean Sperzel (Westwood, Mass.), Dylan Sulzbach (Pittsford, N.Y.) and Cole Willard (Cazenovia, N.Y.).

"Our staff is thrilled about the incoming class," said seventh season head coach Jeff Tambroni. "The combination of size, skill and IQ will allow our program to advance on the field. More importantly, the combination of character, work ethic and core family values will allow our program to advance off the field. We are very proud to welcome these fine young men and their respective families to Penn State lacrosse."

BOBBY BURNS

PRIOR TO PENN STATE
Burns helped guide Smithtown East to back-to-back Suffolk Country Championships alongside current teammate Gerard Arceri … Earned All-League honors in 2015 and 2016, with a combined 40 goals and 19 assists during the two season … A captain for both the 2016 and upcoming 2017 season, Burns also earned All-County and NYS Scholar Athlete recognition in 2016 … Played club ball with both the LI Outlaws and Gladiators Lacrosse.
